Ivan Tea

For Ivan leaf tea fermentation, we use an old technology without chemical interference, preserving all the beneficial properties of the plant.
We present a new technology for preparing large-granulated Ivan tea with a high degree of extraction, with and without the addition of Siberian herbs.
LARGE GRANULATED IVAN-TEA

It accelerates metabolism, contains vitamins B and C, has anti-inflammatory properties, boosts immunity. Unlike other popular drinks Ivan-tea doesn't contain caffeine and you can drink it at any time of the day. Thanks to the number of useful characteristics and vitamins, it can be called our Russian superfood. Despite the abundance of the plant, we collect Ivan tea only in environmentally friendly areas.

Directions to use

Pour 200 ml of boiled water (temperature of 80°C - 90°C) over 1 tsp of "Ivan-tea". Allow the tea to steep for 3-4 minutes.
We select only the top leaf of narrow-leaved Ivan Tea for composition with and without Siberian herbs.
FERMENTED IVAN LEAF TEA

For Ivan leaf tea fermentation, we use an old technology without chemical interference, preserving all the beneficial properties of the plant. The taste is light and delicate, it reminds of summer sunny days and the smell of a freshly cutten grass. It is caffeine free, so it does not stimulate the nervous system, but, on the contrary, soothes. Useful properties: boosting immunity, normalizing blood pressure, relieving fatigue and nervousness, increasing efficiency.

Directions to use

In order for Ivan-tea to reveal all its useful properties and give the brightest aroma, we recommend the following brewing method: 2 teaspoons of Ivan tea are enough for a 500 ml teapot. Brew with hot boiled water with temperature from + 80 ° C to + 90 ° C. Brewing time: 3-4 minutes. You can rebrew Ivan-tea up to three times, herewith the tea will be as useful as in the first brewing.

This product has two types: Black pu'er and Green pu'er.
Siberian puer is harvesting according to a unique multi-stage technology from the leaves of the upper nodes of narrow-leaved fireweed, dried in a wood-burning stove.

Pu'er is a post-fermented heat-treated tea, poured into molds and dried. The drink has a rich tart taste with a fruity overtone. To create this tea, we use specially selected leaves, which are manually assembled by skilled craftsmen.

Directions to use:

Pour 1 tablespoon of Siberian puer tea with 300 ml of hot water and let it brew for 3-4 minutes. It does not lose its useful properties when rebrewed up to 3-4 times.
