Directions to use

Brew 2-4 tsp. tea in a teapot or a French press with a volume of 500 ml. Let it brew for 5-7 minutes for more intense, healthy and fragrant drink. The infusion process allows you to extract chaga's unique polyphenol compounds, the so-called "chromogenic complex," which gives the body strength, youth, health and protects against a number of diseases. For maximum preservation of a useful "chromogenic complex," use water with a temperature of not more than +70 ° C when brewing, and increase the infusion time to 3-5 hours.
