Pine nut is Russian unique national natural resource and is restricted to be exported from Russian Federation. A special license is required from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, which can be obtained by confirming the place of origin and the lawfulness of harvesting. DIETARY PROTEIN OF PINE NUTS

Pine nut protein is produced by cold squeezing of kernels. It preserves protein, vitamins, minerals and nutrients contained in nuts in an easily digestible form. The product contains only useful glucose, so it can be consumed as a dietary product as part of sports nutrition, as it helps to gain muscle mass and withstand increased physical activity. To replenish the reserves of valuable trace elements in the body, it is enough to use 25 gr. of pressed nuts per day. Use it as a snack, or add to ready-made dishes: salads, yoghurts, porridge. Amino acids: arginine, tryptophan, isoleucine, leucine, valine, methionine, lysine, glutamic acid, histidine, proline, glycine, serine, threonine, aspartic acid, alanine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, cysteine, cystine. Vitamins: В1, В2, В3, А, Е. Minerals: potassium, calcium, magnesium, copper, phosphorus, iodine, zinc, iron.
